Ok i've been friends with this guy A for a long time, then i became friends with this girl M. A and M started going out like 3weeks ago and now A is breaking up with M for no apparent reason. she is still my friend, but I've also kinda like A for a while, but have never ever flirted with him because he is younger than me and i figured it'd never really work. but today A and I rode horses together at our friends house. there were 3 other people there but we mostly talked and hung out together. it was a lot of fun and i didn't know we had so much in common! then on myspace he messaged me saying "i can't believe i'm not your number 1 friend!" and i went and checked his page and he had me as his number 1!! also he is 15 1/2 and i'm 17, girls how well do you find an age difference like this working?
Friends ex-bf might be hitting on me and an age deal?myspace layouts
Well that's the age difference between me and a guy that I dated for awhile and am best friends with. Believe me, it's a lot better to stay friends and just have fun together. Guys that age really just want to have fun and play video games and talk about cars. hehe It's better to let them stay a kid instead of making them grow up by dating them. You can definitely be his best friend, and you'll probably start to like him, but I'd keep those feelings to yourself and just have fun being friends with this guy. If he's still around in your life and you're still great friends in a few years then maybe you can try the whole dating thing. But you have to understand that once you say you're dating it's really really hard to go back to being just friends. And if you're friend was dating him and you want to stay friends with that girl, I'd recommend not dating him because there will be tension between you and that girl. Also, if he's breaking up with her for no apparent reason, he'll most likely do the same thing to you because that's just what guys do. The age difference really doesn't matter. It doesn't matter that he's younger than you. It just matters that he's 15. In two or three years he'll be more mature and the age difference won't matter.
