Jealous when friends go out without me?

We usually hang out in a large group, but sometimes one of my best friends will go out with a few of her friends and not invite me. I know it's not her duty to invite me...but I just can't help but be jealous when she's out having fun and I'm at home. The problem is, is HER friends don't really talk to me often. Nor, do they really seem to like me, so I'm not invited. But, MY friends like her. So, whenever we go out, they're always like 'oh you should invite 'her!' Know what I mean? I guess I just want some friends of my own. Not friends that don't like her, but just friends that she wouldn't care to hang out with. Does this make me a bad person? I just can't help but feeling bad about it!

You're not a bad person. You might be a good person for whom current life circumstances are making you do what you think of as bad things, but you're not a bad person.

You say you want some friends of your own - think on what you can do and say to make that happen. Think what kind of friends you really want to have.

And then let's step back from this a bit - you want friends that she wouldn't care to hang out with? Why is that? Think carefully why you want friends that she wouldn't want. Perhaps there is a power struggle between you? If there is, give it up grrrl, chill out, you might want to work out why you want friends, what they do for you and what you do for them.

No that doesn't make you a bad person. I feel the same way sometimes. If you and your friends go out, you don't always have to invite that one girl.

this happened to me

so i just went and made new friends and hung out with a different group.

this made my friends jealous so they dropped the friend that they were hanging out with who didn't like me (nor did i like her) and now me and my friends are ^^ again

if your friends are real friends they'll chose you over those other people
