Friends friends hate me?

OK, so i have this good friend (call her jill tho its not her real name) who goes to a different school whos friends with another girl (call her pam) And 'pam' and i had an arguement over IMing and she told all of Jills friends but she lied to make it seem like she was all nice in the arguement!! I know i didnt do anything, but the fact people i've never met hate me makes me feel awful. Any advice on how to deal??

If you don't know these people it really shouldn't matter. Explain the situation to 'Jill' as she is the one you should be concerned about. If she doesn't believe you then its obvious that she considers 'Pam' more of a friend than you, and if this is the case she doesn't deserve you as a friend.

Forget your friends. And you shouldn't care that people hate you cuz you don't really know them anyways.

Let that Katty Girl BS roll off of your back. People are going to talk about you whether you do good or bad.. You can't and should never try to please everyone....ughh and by the way make sure you cancel your so called friend Pam . Jill is suspect too because she could have told her friends the real deal.
If you know that they don't like you, when introduced to them at anytime, and they act funny towards you, just be cool and comment on their behaviour. And if they say anything about the girl,'pam', then tell them your said of the story. Those are little things to worry about, you shouldnt get yourself worked up over nothing.
Girl, I know exactly how you feel. My mans friends don't like me just because of what they hear about me from him when we fight. It don't bother me though cause my man still loves me and still wants to be with me cause he really knows me. All I think about it is.. they don't know me. Unless you actually talk to these people then just don't worry about it. Dust 'em off. If you do then make sure they get to know you without someone making you out as something else. And if they are good people then they won't judge you by what someone says not knowing you. Don't stress urself out. Life will go on anyways.
Get the e-mails of all your friends and then mail them with the COMPLETE details. It is up to them to decide to be friends with you or not. If you believe you have no reason to be guilty forget if you are not able to convince them. Don't be hasty in composing the e-mails. Recollect all that has happened and apologize if you have anything to.

Your "friends" will know who you are and won't necessarily believe a tall tale.

People who have to lie to make themselves look good, usually end up with egg on their face...so don't worry about them....they shouldn't matter, since you know what really happened.

I would say "pam" isn't a friend..and if Jill is, she should know you for who you are.

My advice...ignore those people who don't know you...they shouldn't be judging someone they don't know...and they don't matter. Explain to Jill the truth if you can...if she chooses not to believe you....then maybe she's not the friend you think.

Being judged unfairly is what you are upset about. It happens to us all ...maybe at school...maybe in a job...ect. All you can do is tell the truth....the truth eventually has a way of coming out. Sometimes you have to just move on anyway.
i think you should try not to let it bug you. pam is just probably jealous of you cause you are good friends with her friend(jill). dont let her win over you. shes just trying to make you mad and get mad at jill so that pam will be the "best friend" of jill's.
